I love OTF! I’ve been going for about 7 months now. It was easy to add OTF to my weekly schedule and I love that I have a regular exercise routine. I love the energy and fast paced classes. The coaches are always high energy and super motivating!! I highly recommend; I have more energy and feel stronger.

I like working out in a group setting, but going my own pace. I love the staff too!
I like how i don’t have to think or plan for the workout. I can just focus on what I’m currently doing and not worry about “what’s next”. I also have a heart condition and being able to constantly monitor my heart rate while participating in a group class has given me back the ability to do these types of exercises again.

It's a tight hour, always different, full body and taught well. I'm relatively new to this - 4 months in and absolutely loving it. Trainers take the time to answer questions. The community-team feel is contagious. I'm grateful it's a new, empowering, uplifting routine in my life.

It’s always a fun, and motivating and a great workout
The two coaches that I have had have been awesome! Their energy is contagious. I love that the class aren’t always the same and so far, after almost two weeks, it’s not boring. I like the fact that I can see my progress right in front of me on the treadmill and the rowers. Makes me push myself and also I know that I can go at my own pace. The coaches really care about making sure you are doing the exercise correctly and that’s a HUGE thing for me since I have MS. After a class, I come away with energy and feel like I can get through anything for the rest of the day!!
First and foremost OTF offers a great fitness program. All of the sessions are well thoughtout and choreographed. Each day has a specific and different focus making a 4-5 day per week workout routine complete Scheduling your preferred time is straightforward using the app. Tracking your progress and checking your workout achievements are also available in the app. The coaches are knowledgeable with an emphasis on good form to help keep you injury free. Another important aspect for me is that the facility is always clean. The members are asked to whip down their equipment after they are done and then the staff comes in regularly to clean again. In today’s world the cleaner the better.
OTF’s workout are a great example of scaffolded learning for the body. I enjoy each days workout because it addresses the previous days workout. The coaches are outstanding and guide the workout to maximize each persons results and self pacing.
OTF’s family culture is outstanding!

I like the fact that there are so many classes to choose from. Depending what I have going on for the day I can adjust which class I attend. I am always going to get a good workout.
