I thoroughly enjoyed my workout so much afterward that I bought a membership. I have recommended OT to my friends and family and am glad I tried it. I must say the reason for my curiosity was the advertisement on FB; I saw someone who looked like me in a picture with your business in the background. She looked like she had just finished a workout. I am on the plus side (220 +), so I decided that if she (the plus-size woman in the photo) could work out there, I could, too. I found that the staff let me work at my own slow pace, and there was no pressure to compete or go faster. I just worked at my own pace. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the manager is incredible.

It's consistently a fun, challenging, great community of people and coaches who actually connect with you. They set an inspiring tone. The workouts are well constructed and the coaches help to make accomodations for both younger and older bodies (like mine) . And you feel great afterwards!
Great total body workout. Energetic instructors. Instructors make sure you are working out safely and effectively in an unintimidating approach. They always remember your name.

The positives: Coaches are terrific, and I love that they make everyone - regardless of their fitness level - feel comfortable and part of the group. The studio is always clean and organized. Coaches' instruction and demos are terrific, and they are always available to offer guidance and assistance. Front desk folks always greet you with a smile and it feels good to walk in and get to work. Thank you!
Sometimes, there are participants who talk (just a couple of ladies) throughout the entire session. It's distracting and disrespectful to the Coach who is giving direction, encouragement, etc. I've changed my schedule to not be in class with these ladies, but I'm sure others share the sentiment.
I love that the coaches motivate and celebrate you for every achievement or improvement that they see coming from each individual.
It’s only 1 hour, varies each day, have a coach to assist you , and a heart rate monitor to track your performance

I love that I have been going to OTF for 10 months and they classes have never been the exact same. I love that the coach shows the moves before having us do them. All of the coaches are fun and energetic.

Full body workouts with motivating trainers. Planned workouts yet they continue to mix up the workouts to ensure they do not become mundane. Fun atmosphere filled with positive people!

It’s the perfect blend of cardio and strength. It’s never the same workout. And the coaches are great at encouraging you, and when I do this with my friends, it’s actually fun.
The OTF classes are a great option to keep fit. Fun people and music make the hour of exercise go by quickly. I always look forward to the next class.
