What do you like about our workout?

I like that it works the entire body.

My suggestion for strength 50 classes- when there is one block that the row stations and floor are all doing together, please don't fill the class to capacity. We run out of weights and it takes a lot of time to try to find the proper ones if they are even available.

I love the circuit training aspect to hit all muscle groups plus cardio in one workout! Great coaching as well. As a new comer I felt totally comfortable in a new environment knowing the coach was looking out for me.

Coach Tee is awesome and made sure I was set up for success. I had so much fun - and Neda is rockstar and make sure I was comfortable and knew what I was doing. The class was so fun and challenging!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how the workouts move along quickly, and the instructors are right there walking me through each movement and change. The instructors are very personable and interested in me getting the most out of my work out. I love the way Orange Theory is set up, I don’t have to think or worry about what will happen. I know they have my best interest at heart and a fantastic work out ready for me. They are always very encouraging from the front desk to the instructors!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the classes are always different and that you're consistently changing stations. You're never stuck doing any one thing for very long. I learn something new each time and I'm challenging my muscles every class.

What do you like about our workout?

Adrian, coaches and the staff are fantastic! They engage everyone, are supportive and encouraging! The bathrooms are clean and provide supplies including tampons. I'm so grateful when I'm done with a class (cause my exercise is done for the day) but I keep coming back!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the instructors in Poway. I like that the workouts are already planned for me...I get to just show up and work out. It truly is a mind break for me. I like that I can adapt the workouts according to my needs that day. If I'm worn out I can tone it down, or if I'm feeling strong I can really challenge myself. I like that the instructors will give different adaptation ideas for different needs. And it's a fun community feel! People are friendly and we're all there to work hard and cheer each other on.
