I recently had the pleasure of attending my first class at Orange Theory Fitness La Mesa, and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing. The experience was not only invigorating but also a fantastic way to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. What stood out to me the most was the unique structure of the workout. The incorporation of three distinct zones – run, row, and weights – added a dynamic element that kept the session engaging and challenging. The intervals focusing on different aspects of fitness made the class feel like a well-rounded and comprehensive workout. The concept of earning Splat Points not only motivated me to push harder but also provided a tangible measure of my effort and progress throughout the class – definitely an added bonus. The energetic atmosphere, coupled with knowledgeable and encouraging instructors, created a supportive environment for all fitness levels. Orange Theory's adaptability ensures a personalized experience, making it suitable for both beginners and seasoned athletes. Orange Theory has left a lasting impression on me, and I'm hooked – I can’t recommend it enough!
