The format, coaches and music keep me motivated. Every day is different, but consistent enough that I can see progress. I've never found a workout like Orangetheory where I want to wake up every day and go to class.

As a 60-year-old individual, achieving fitness has been a significant challenge for me. However, the group workouts and intensive routine at OTF have proven to be the perfect solution. Despite the difficulty, it is exactly what I needed to make progress. I genuinely appreciate the coaches, the workout sessions, and the exceptional front desk team. Overall, my experience at OTF has been nothing short of excellent.

I thinkt it is the best workout for the amount of time spent in the Studio. It is a dynamic, effective high intensity workout that will never feel repetitive or get old.
I used to spend 2 hours at the gym prior to joining OTF, and I was so grateful to have found OTF, Once I changed jobs and had less time to spend at the gym, I realized that OTF was the BEST fit for my new lifestyle.

I like that it’s a combination of cardio and strength. I like that the coaches are encouraging and make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly to prevent any injuries. Music is always great too!
