Joint OTF and attending classes at Eastlake has been one of the best decisions I’d made for both my mental and physical health. The support and direction that I receive had been paramount to the improvements I’ve seen in my health. Coach Michelle’s and Coach Lauren’s endless encouragement has motivated me through many workouts that I didn’t think I could complete. I appreciate that all the coaches are there to help with modifications and correct form and do so in a way that doesn’t make me feel like a burden or that I’m hindering the group.
The workouts are always changing so it never gets boring! The classes go by super fast and the coaches are energetic and encouraging. 🧡
