I like the motivation that the classes give me. Piper and Rob are two of my favorites. They both make me feel like I almost have a personal trainer even though it's a group! I started June 1st and between my workouts and watching my eating habits, I am down 21lbs! 3G classes do not feel like an hour!

I'm 64 years old, and am in much better shape than when I was younger and working out alone. The studios are friendly and motivating. Workouts are well paced and balanced. Generally excellent coaches who tend to remain at a location, so easy to find a personality and time slot that suits me best

Love the front desk staff, they are very helpful and welcoming. I love the instructors I've had so far, they have been so friendly and inspiring!

I enjoy all the challenges that OTF offers as it allows me to set fitness goals. I am stronger now and honestly in the best shape I’ve ever been because of this gym. Shout out to ALL the coaches here, in particular Coach Josh for always pushing me to do my best in every class! He really makes an effort to know each member’s fitness levels and goals. Would be great to see him teach additional classes including morning classes (before 10AM) or even teach a LIFT class or two at this location.

The music and the coaches
Once I’m there it’s always motivating and fun because the coaches and other OTF patrons always bring great energy. It’s always different and challenging and I leave feeling great and accomplished.
Get a lot in a short period of time
I like the music and the combination workout. It's effective and is a compliment to my Pilates practice. Some of the coaches are really good about watching people and that is something I really appreciate.
Amazing training and lovely couches and staff
I like the coaching , varied workouts ( doesn’t get boring ) , heart rate monitor to help you gauge your performance, summary after each workout, the nice people who attend the class
