I love this studio and would always highly recommend! Steph is amazingly supportive and the face of the studio. Jen and Alex are the instructors I see the most, and they take care to pay attention, motivate and check-in.
I've faced a few unusual challenges as I've sustained a concussion (not at OT) and my recovery has required that I pace myself differently than before. It's nice to have that special encouragement as I return to my former strength and fitness level!
I'm really grateful for this facility. The studio is always very clean and professional in appearance, which is another reason for my high rating!
Different every day and focuses on cardio and building strength. I’m not a fan of partner workouts...they seem forced and aren’t necessary.

The variety and intensity
I liked the variety and intensity of an OTF workout. The coach was very knowledagble and made sure to constantly repeat directions. I highly recommend this studio!
awesome, fun, and different every time
The workouts are great, but honestly the instructors and staff are what makes it special. I love Jamie -- she's the best at motivating you to push a little harder. And she's so funny that when you're dying in class, listening to her takes your mind off how hard it is. Chris at the front desk is fantastic and so helpful.
It is guided by a fitness professional who knows how to increase or decrease the challenge of specific exercises. It does not require me to think to do that myself, it’s nice to just do the work.
Overall it was a great experience. I had never done a group exercise class before. I liked the format and clearly reached a higher intensity than I do in my usual on my own workout.
