Challenge
I like that there’s a consistent pattern to the workouts yet there’s enough variances to target different body areas each time.
The coaches motivate and tell you what to do. It is fun and I don’t need to think about what I need to do. Brain shuts off, music is on and the work gets done.
Love the versatility of the workouts. Always changing and keeps you motivated. The coaches are great, help correct your form to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.
