Only problem men’s locker room has locks on locker and nobody uses them.
The best
Everything is clean and well maintained. The employees are friendly. My only problem is that you require me to reserve a place in a water areobics class. I don't usually know I will be up in time to get to a particular class, so just go to the river pool and do my own exercises. It would be nice to get back to the classes, if I didn't have to make a reservation.
I like the facilities and atmosphere. I feel comfortable working out there.

Jackie was great when we attended our first orientation.
Great variety in equipment especially with the new added area upstairs. Love the sauna upstairs but would love to see it get sound proofed so you can’t hear the music. Only thing I dislike is the way the water tastes from the fountains. Would love to see those upgraded next.
Top of the line workout machines, interesting and well attended classes are also available. Swimming, saunas, steam rooms. Handball and basketball courts. They've gone all out to make it the best facility around! I did my physical therapy here and was able to step out of my appointment and straight into my recommended weight machine workout. And the view out of the back windows makes you want to stay on the treadmill all day.

I’ve started attending WB Powerhouse due to the ridiculous problems with the Novi pool. I love the WB gym, tho I’ve only used the pool. Everyone is so friendly and it’s clean.

The equipment is great. There is a lot to choose from. Its roomy. The classroom is large and offers a lot of different equipment too. The lighting is bright and welcoming. The locker rooms are warm and comfortable. Plus, it's all very clean
