The staff are always on top of keeping the place looking and working well. All my interactions with them have been great without exception, but Nancy is really extraordinarily wonderful - she's the heart and soul of the place and makes you feel so welcome. She's a big part of why I enjoy coming there and I hope she's cherished by her managers as much as she is by all of us!
I would like to point out, though, that for many months, the rowers have broken such that using them is extremely sub-par, if not completely impossible, and that's been disappointing. All of the other equipment I've used has been perfectly fine though.

Powerhouse gym is an exceptional gym! The staff is incredible, from the front of house to the cleaning staff. Everyone is exceptionally kind. I appreciate that. They do a great job of keeping the space clean and welcoming. They have a wide range of equipment. And, it’s always in good condition.
