Powerhouse Gym west Bloomfield has a friendly staff. It is kept very clean. They have a great variety of equipment. All in all, It is a very good gym.
under the new management, the facility seems to be more pro-active into customer feedback on certain aspects. Cleaner, at least in the work out rooms, seems to be addressed. WIFI connection was finally figured out.
Recently my daughters membership had to be cancelled due to her moving to the other side of the state. Very hassle free as opposed to my other daughters membership suspension when she went back to college 15yrs ago.
Clean and good equipment
Staff is always polite and respectful. Gym is kept clean and I don’t have to worry about anything being unsanitary.

would love to see a bulgarian split squat stand. i've seen people take up benches or stacks blocks and it's very cumbersome and also takes away benches from other uses.
i think one on the third floor and one on the second floor would be awesome.

good gym overall
Very Accommodating Staff that is friendly and courteous. The workout facility is always well kept. I like the upgrades and choices I have when I work out.
There are so many classes available and you can count on each class being staffed. The app also is current and will let you know if the class you enjoy will be taught by the regularly scheduled teacher , or by a sub. Lots of yoga and pilates. Dance classes are also available.
Very clean! No kids!!!!
I like the Zumba classes and all the fitness classes concept.

Peter is quite unprofessional in the morning and does not take care of the facility in the morning. the bathroom is always dirty and he spends more time talking to customers than being at the front desk

Gym is always looking to improve with new and updated equipment to enhance the workout experience. Also, locker room and general maintenance are very good.
Staff is great a lnd everything's clean. If the temperature could be lowered as it's getting hotter that would be great.

I like that you have classes especially the swim classes. I like the yoga for all stages. It's clean, has a sauna and jacuzzi. And my physical therapy is there too.

Classes and equipment.
Need 2 things : refillable water bottle foundation and a hip thrust machine (the one where you heave to put a seatbelt on.
Friendly, always upgrading and working to keep it current.
When we registered everyone was very helpful. The facilities are exceptional and all the staff are available to answer questions.
Clean and bright. My only complaint is the volume of music . Too loud and annoying. 90% of the guests have earbuds. The music volume is so high it spoils the environment.
The morning HIIT workout with Stacy was one of the best workouts of my life.
