The gym floor is laid out in a nlce, orderly fashion. Plenty of equipment. The gym is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a large variety of group exercise classes.

I am a huge fan of the sauna. The gym is always clean, and there is a nice mix of machines and free weights along with plenty of aerobic options. The staff is always friendly.

Like it there overall. You’ve got people working to keep it clean & the clientele are accountable as well. Some cardio stuff is pretty smushed together, maybe “OUT” some of the older stuff & have fewer but Newer? Carpet needs replacing. Like the benching & free weight area. Set up for incline/decline, don’t have to drag benches around ( that’s big with me, being 67+ & 150lbs.)! Also the leg work & upper body Hammer type options are great, good variety. Obviously people are comfortable there, mix of ages , etc. I’m a silver sneakers member, & I like “Anytime” also . But I can get more done in the allotted amount of time at P-Hse. Thanks
