Fitness Factory in Somerset is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member at. I have tried just about every gym within a 10-15 mile radius, and none are as clean, friendly, with all the equipment you could need, with all the amenities I need in a gym. I love how engaging the staff is on social media, and promoting community with the white board questions at the front entrance too. Great gym with great people. You can tell management really cares about the member experience.

Open hours are long and fit any schedule. The staff are friendly and courteous. Guest are allowed to use the facilities for very inexpensive price. The facility has many options for exercise and fun. When I have out of town guests everyone finds an activity that suits them from infants to elderly. Very nice health facility.
It's a good gym but we need a heavy bag.
