The cleaning teams are very consistent about the work they do. I know I can count on the house to be fresh and clean when I get home.

I appreciate my cleaning team. Specifically: they were able to remove (or mostly remove) hard water build up on the jets to my jet tub (used for my torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders), they always get my floor spotlessly clean. Picture the scene in Risky Business with Tom Cruise in his tightey whiteys lip syncing to Bob Seger's Old Time Rock n Roll. I love that about my team. I love that they are patient with my dogs ... well, mostly Charlie, who just HAS to say hello.

WHAT I NEED: either the morning of or the night before, I need a confirmation of what time they will be at my house. They were over two hours early last time and I was not notified in the change of schedule. One reason I need the notification is to put the dogs away so the ladies don't have to contend with Charlie's hyperactivity. Once I get regular TELEPHONE notifications (not email - due to my injuries, which make computer use very limited - e.g. after today, I won't be able to log in until at least Friday due to the pain) - instead of me having to proactively call - you may publicly use my name. Not until then, though. I'm not asking for this because I'm being a cranky client. I'm asking for this because I have to manage my medical conditions and my animals.

I liked that it was a really great deep clean. It was for my mom's house after my aunt passed away and she had many people coming to visit and pay their respects. She needed it cleaned FAST and done very well. And they were able to come out in just a matter of hours from the time I called. I appreciated the fast response, great service and since it's my mom's house -- I appreciate that they were very thorough, as she is particular in how she likes her house cleaned. She even said, I would have them back, they did a great job. And she NEVER says that about maids because she thinks she can do it better herself. Finally found a house cleaner than can meet her standards! Thank you!!!
