I liked that it was a really great deep clean. It was for my mom's house after my aunt passed away and she had many people coming to visit and pay their respects. She needed it cleaned FAST and done very well. And they were able to come out in just a matter of hours from the time I called. I appreciated the fast response, great service and since it's my mom's house -- I appreciate that they were very thorough, as she is particular in how she likes her house cleaned. She even said, I would have them back, they did a great job. And she NEVER says that about maids because she thinks she can do it better herself. Finally found a house cleaner than can meet her standards! Thank you!!!

I like cleaning services, not worried about the products in fact you mainly use water and elbow grease. Wish you'd provide staff with bed cane so they'd tuck in the sheets on my sleigh bed. Wish the staff understood English.

The Merry Maid cleaners are polite, and do a great job! There have been times when I've told them to focus on certain areas, and they have done that. Also, the cleaning products they use are mild, and don't leave a strong odor, which is nice, given that there are children in the house.
