Quality work, flexibility in scheduling.

Getting to apponitments closer to time scheduled. On thw window cleaning follow up, I thought we would see MM at 9-9:30, but showed up at noon.

We just redid our bathrooms and the products we installed can't take harsh cleaning products. So far so good. The only thing I miss is the smell of cleaning. Like pine, orange, etc......I recently changed my day of cleaning to Monday's because the cre I had last month was really goo. I thought they told me when I first started the same crew would be coming but so far I have had a different one everytime.

The quality of the cleanings from Merry Maids started out amazing and have only gotten better. Service is quick and the people are very nice & accommodating. My only wish would be for availabilities outside of M-F 9-5 business hours.

First off, I asked a lot of Merry Maids in terms of a corner cabinet, lazy susan shelfing that hadn't been cleaned out for ages. The Team Leader really worked with me, stepped in and got her hands dirty as well as coordinating additional clean up requests to ensure certain areas or items were tackled. We went through a few trash bags in the process which they deposited into the bins outside. And not only is that corner cabinet (spices, oils, plus) done, but the Oven too, the Kitchen looks Great! The Floor was spotless, and cleaner than it's been a while. From high to low, it is a Job I am proud of in participating in Getting It Done! Reorganized all the spices into labeled jars. At the same time the Living Room was done and I could not be happier. Wish I had the Money to do more. But for what They Tackled, it was well worth it. Saving up for the next time.

I thought the team sent to clean my house did an excellent job. They worked smart and hard the whole time they were here. The only problem I had was they did not do some of the special requests written on the Service Proposal. I talked to Diana and she came back with the team and promptly took care of everything.

I like the professionalism of the team and my house was cleaner than when I first moved in after they did the job. I am looking forward to having this monthly service to help keep my home clean.

The house sparkled, smelled so fresh without feeling like you are breathing toxic fumes. The cleaning products were amazing, getting spots and areas clean that would not come clean before. The laminate wood floor was beautiful and spotless. I was very happy and felt relieved to have the help in the house with my ridiculously busy life. There is one less thing I have to worry about. The house is clean, even in the corners. I smell nothing when get home - no bleach, no heavy perfume, no stinky chemical smell. Just clean.

My favorite part is how clean they get my floors. I appreciate very much how the team and the company are and have been working within my disabilities.

Very professional team. They move knickknacks to clean which is how it's supposed to be done. And it's clean when they leave.
