We were able to book a visit for an estimate and a deep cleaning for the same week. The team was courteous and the customer service rep came to the cleaning to make sure our needs/requests were address. Our apartment looked practically new afterward!

Usually my cleaners do not change so I feel comfortable giving access to my house. I travel a lot and the company has been flexible when I have to change dates, even at the last minute. Stainless steel and mirrors are usually streak free, which I find is difficult do at times.

Everything clean and neat and smells great.

Promptness, courtesy, hard working efforts, thoroughness, and virtually odor-free products.
The last team here seemed less experienced than the first two I had, but they did a good job.
As they gain experience, they will improve in returning items to the correct place -- but I was glad that items were moved for cleaning.

Merry Maids was flexible and was able to offer me just the service I needed (a deep kitchen cleaning with just two workers) without forcing me to buy a "team cleaning" where a mob of people comes in to clean your whole house. Other cleaning services just were not able to be that flexible. I am also very happy with the results.
