You can share my post but I'd prefer you don't share my name. I'm a veteran advocate and I'm not sure that you'd want to have your organization associated with me pointing out the ugly side of being a US military veteran in this area. I can and I will, however, notify the members in my Facebook group, Women are Veterans, Too, that I was able to go back to using a service I used over 10 years ago with the same salesperson I had before, Diana. This was a huge benefit to me as she'd already been to my home and recognized me. Some organizations forget that long-term employees are many reasons why customers stay or come back, as in my case. Further, it is that continuity that makes me comfortable talking to my group about Merry Maids and "my district".

Merry Maids is reliable and consistent. When I have special requests, they are agreeable. If I have to move a cleaning appointment, they accommodate my calendar. It's one thing in my life I don't have to worry about.

I Like the attention to detail that Aide and Manuel give to each task. The products are apparently strong enough to clean the different areas properly, while leaving a pleasant scent behind. I have already recommended Merry Maids to friends.

Cleaners were thorough. I witnessed them use multiple approaches to remove tough stains in the shower and kitchen sink. Cleaners were friendly and on time.

Unrelated to cleaners, I'm not clear on how I can make payments on cleaning. I'd prefer not to do a hand written check each cleaning. Is there a way to bank transfer or charge to credit card?

We especially love the scents of the products our team uses. The cinnamon is a nice change over the smell of harsher-smelling products. Our team is always so nice and do a thorough job when the visit. It's been so nice having the same team for years, too, because we don't feel like we have strangers in our home.

Consistent high quality cleaning. My home looks great and smells so fresh when I get home. Any issues (very few) are promptly taken care of. They are flexible if you need to add or drop a cleaning. Special services like windows or the fridge are also done wonderfully. I am a long term quit satisfied customer.
