Our team is always so nice and do a thorough job when the visit. It's been so nice having the same team for years, too, because we don't feel like we have strangers in our home.

I have no idea which products the Maids use.

I do know that if I make a special request to clean something they normally would not clean, they always grant my request (eg: deep cleaning the metal piece under an oven burner)
