I like the efficiency of Aide and Manuel, and their attention to detail. I also appreciate their promptness and regularity in their bi-weekly visits. They're keepers!

I have no idea which products the Maids use.

I do know that if I make a special request to clean something they normally would not clean, they always grant my request (eg: deep cleaning the metal piece under an oven burner)

The e-mail you sent out to solicit these survey answers has your old address - you should probably update it. Also, this survey asks if it is ok to "share my name to promote Cunnigham4684." You probably want to change that to "Merry Maids."

Our team is always very thorough, and I feel comfortable letting them clean our home without being home. The very, very few times that something wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction, it was quickly resolved.

Professionalism, fast, immaculate. Letitia and Susanna came to our house. Didn't have much time. Have seen the car around town. Price was a little high. But when the girls came, I was instantly impressed. The original time frame was between 5 1/2 - 6 hours. The ladies managed to clean 10 rooms in 4 1/2 hours. Very hard workers, get the job done quickly & efficiently. And all with a smile on their faces. Two Very Big Thumbs Way Up. Thank Diana, Leticia and Susana!! And thank you Merry Maids!!
