The massage therapist i saw, Joe, was wonderful. He asked what areas to focus on and the type of pressure. It's funny how you don't realize how much tension your holding on to until you feel the therapist work out those knots! Left each session feeling great. 10 out 10!

I have a 90 minute monthly membership and missed a month. I found an opening for a 2 hour massage and was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and flexibility. My massage therapist suggested I start lying on my back and worked quite a while on my neck and shoulders. I always get lower back pain when starting on my stomach. She spent about 60% of the time on the front of my body and then finished with me on my back. Again, I appreciate the attention to detail and flexibility.

The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful; and Bella, the therapist I had was incredible! I have been struggling with some very challenging neck/jaw pain in addition to an autoimmune disease that has a lot of painful inflammation and Bella used techniques I’ve never had before that were really helpful in targeting exactly where my issues were. It was such a great experience I signed up for a membership even though I live 4+ hours away from any Elements Massage.
