The Massage Therapists are professional, warm, and always tailor my massages to address the issues of concern and more. Not only do I physically feel better after my sessions, but I also feel more at ease and grounded as well. I felt so great after my first massage with Saveria Smith that I had to get a 90-minute membership (because the savings are actually really reasonable). I also had a facial service too and learned some tips to add to my skincare routine, The esthetician, Madelyn, was knowledgeable and professional as well. I am a local Massage Therapist who believes in the power of self-care when navigating through life's daily stressors, and I really believe Elements is a great investment in my wellness practice.

Barb is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable about muscle/nerve pain and offers stretches that I can do between appointments. This increases the benefits received from the massage. Her deep pressure technique is spot on.

Every therapist wants to help you feel better. This time, Lisa took the time to help me learn ways to help my pain with different balls on my upper back. They offer suggestions on stretches to help my personal tight areas. It’s always a relaxing place.
