The employees are very caring which helps my dog relax when I leave. She gets to play with other dogs her size twice a day which is better than she gets at home. I love this place!

The facility is very clean and well maintained and your staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked that my concern of play time was addressed: I wasn't sure if my dog could not only play well with lots of strange dogs (he can be overly excitable/annoyingly playful with the wrong dog!)but also my concern for too much play could aggravate his arthritis. Buddy Time was explained and it worked very well for him; I appreciate the suggestion!
The only disappointment I have is not getting the "Report Card" every time; I loved getting these details on my fur kid's visit! It's cute and I enjoyed sharing it with others.
I felt that the staff cared about my dogs, as if they were their own. Our dogs had so much fun, as evidenced by them sleeping for the next two days after we got home!

Only had our dog there once. We were a little bit unhappy because we were told he would be in the front area all but the first two nights. As it turned out, he was kept in the Deluxe area for the whole visit. Miss communication was a little upsetting. Tyke will be returning and hopefully he will be placed in the suite we requested.

Staff seems caring and very capable. They are interested in the pets staying with them and are willing to help. Both the animals as well as the concerns of the owners. The kennel is very clean and the dogs who arrive seem to be happy to be there.
