Pet Resort is always so amazing to work with, as I've been taking my dogs there for the past 7 years! They are beyond accomodating to our two French Bulldogs and care for them as I would. Highly recommend the entire team there!
I cant really comment on the specifics of the boarding process due to the fact that I have never been behind the iron curtain to see the facility in action. I do like the fact that they are open 24/7 and that they have cameras in the facility though I wish they would upgrade the camera system to allow for better coverage of the kennel and the play areas as well as higher resolution in order to see more clearly the crew and our pups in action. I also wish they allowed stuffed toys that many dogs enjoy at home in the facility. I understand the issue with potential fleas though this could be easily remedied by the facility sanitizing them by steam or other methods. There was one time I came to pick up my pup and I noticed that the crew was playing "hard rock" music in back so loud that I could hear it clearly up front. When questioned the staff told me that they play music for the dogs when storms approach and that it calms them down. Well the type of hard rock music I was hearing wouldn't calm me down so I truly believe that it would work for the dogs! Besides it wasn't even raining!
It was good to know that Beth and Rain are still working there!! They have been there since we have been dropping Logan off and they are GREAT! Retention on your employees is essential in that the dogs get use to seeing the same person each time they come.
I also wish you would have tours of the facility so that the owners can get a lay of the land and how you all do what you do day in and day out.

Everything. Actually, my border collie who does not like dogs, does well there. He boards but does not go to daycare or be groomed there other than the bath he gets when he leaves, is not groomed there.
The place is fabulous and the people who work there very nice and seemingly capable. As far as I know they had not raised prices in 10 years.

The staff seem genuinely excited to see my dog & are calm, gentle, affectionate, & upbeat with her. My dog (Bella) gets so excited when we get there! I love that I can check on her via the webcams.

We love that the staff knows our pup's name, and it's clear he has a great time while he's there! At other big box daycare and boarding facilities, he would hesitate and sometimes act scared when we would drop him off. But every time we drop him at Pet Resort Dallas, he trots to the back with a happy tail!
I have boarded my dogs here when we go on vacation for many years. They are always happy when I pick them up. While we are away, when I check in on the video cameras they always look like they're happy and having a good time! Great facility.
