Being available 24 hrs and at the airport are 2 very important factors. Also, when checking in for the first time, the employees were very nice and comforting to my dog.

Honestly I was so excited and felt that my puppy would feel at home there and after watching her on the webcam knew I was right. Although she was thrilled to see s get home from our weekend vacation I know she had a great time playing with her new friends
I liked the fact that the suites were a good size and that there were plenty of play dates throughout the day so that he wasn't stuck in his suite all day. I also love the fact that it is a 24 hour facility so that we were able to pick him up when we landed and he didn't have to stay an extra night. Also, I liked the fact that I could call at anytime to check on my dog and the workers didn't mind or seem annoyed.
The care our children get. Both Bo and Callie are not hesitant to stay and are so excited to be there. Bo loves having other dogs to play with. We love being able to view the play area on the webcam as well as the pictures we received of them from their caregivers! We have highly recommended the resort to our neighbors.

24/7, dog always happy to go, and tired when home. Only sometimes please check his ears cause he gets bitten during play. Par for the course. Staff always pleasant and accommodating!
Webcams & Big delux suites! Also great how many times the dogs are let out during the day and having 3 feeding times. However, I do wish the bath after 4-5 day stay was complimentary.

Friendly staff that always remembers Pheobe. They always give me feedback on how she did on her stay with them and she always seems extremely happy and in need of rest after her stay which tells me she had a great time interacting with the staff and other visitors!

I know that my dog Bella loves the place! Everytime we get in the truck, she goes nuts & she actually knows the route & goes crazy when we pull in. Very friendly staff, I wouldnt take her anywhere else!

Our dog seems to enjoy staying at the Pet Resort and we find she has always been taken good care of. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating and appear to love working there, which leaves us with a good feeling when we leave her in their care.
