Ease of being able to do drop off and pick up with our schedules. Unlike other locations that don’t allow early mornings or late evenings. Groomer is always available to do her nails!!!
People treat her very lovingly. . She seems happy there. I feel secure knowing she has 24/7 monitoring, and exercise/play/socialization.

Always have friendly and efficient service. Everyone is easy to get ahold of and easy to talk to. I trust the staff with my pet and trust that they are caring for her appropriately. I have never had issues at Pet Resort Dallas.
Our pups have been cared for at AAPR for many years - we traveled extensively and our pups are always well taken care of, loved, pampered and well-fed. I could not rate them a 20 but they certainly earned their rating of 10!

There are so many reasons I like all American pet resorts. The lovely rooms not cages. The playtime. The report card at the end of the visit. It all makes it feel like my pup was well taken care of and had as much fun as we did on our vacation!
We like the care and attention to detail that our dogs receive on a daily basis. It gives us comfort when our dogs are boarded while we are away, and that they are cared for in the same way that we care for them.
I truly appreciate the All American Pet Resort. My dog is always happy going and returning home. He is so peaceful when he comes home. The care and attention given to each dog individually and collectively together is amazing. I am truly grateful for their accommodations and how clean the facility is each time we visit.
They gave my dog a bath and he was extremely soft and smelled so good. No-one has been able to give him a bath like that before and make him smell so good and feel silky soft.
The All American Pet Resort works well for my dog because he is not accustom to being outside all day without a break. I feel they give the dogs adequate play time. Taking my dog out for his last outing makes me feel good to know they keep close to my routine with my dog so that he is not uncomfortable. Making their environment as close to being home as possible.
I would highly recommend the All American Pet Resort and I also say Thank You for making dog feel comfortable and happy to socialize with other dogs of the similar temperament.
