Boarding
Staff is very polite and facility is very clean. We were disappointed when we could not see our dog in her suite, and were told she was not in a suite that was viewable on any camera, we were not told that some of the suites were not visible on any camera.
My dog is always happy when I pick her up and she is always happy to be dropped off. She is always clean and healthy.
Everyone we dealt with was very nice. We asked that our dogs be fed separately as one eats much slower than the other dog. When we logged in at meal times our female was gone...eating elsewhere. We asked that they be bathed when we picked them up but not to blow dry as they are very afraid of the dryer and if they were not totally dry when we got there, it was o.k. When we picked them up they were damp and cool to the touch. The employees really do what you request. It is also great to log in and see your furry babies whenever you want. Our kids are booked for 3 more stays this year. Stop in and check out The facility. I think you will like it! I have all ready recommended All American Pet Resorts to 3 friends and one stranger😄

We were visiting from North Carolina and needed our furry family member taken care of for a few nights. We were welcomed like full time residents!!! Our "little girl" came back happy, clean and with a pedicure.
that the rooms are large and our pet doesn't seem so confined and they get to run with the other dogs during the day. the camera are great as well.

I've used the Boarding and the daycare and just the fact my two dogs are happy to go back to the pet Resort says every thing to me. My daughter loves being able to see the Dogs.

there aren't typical kennels used but rather the spacious "apartment" type environments that offer more space, a bed, a blanket and water bowl. Much appreciated!
The staff genuinely cares about the well being of the dogs. I like being able to check the webcam to be able to see my dogs. I love that their is always a staff member at the unit 24 hours a day. The extended grass areas for the dogs to run is awesome. The most important fact though, is the great care they receive while boarding.

Facility is awesome and cameras to check on your pooch is super comforting. Our only disappointment was that our dog was there for over a week, however was put in a kennel that was not in any camera range. For being there for such a lengthy time it would have been thoughtful for him to be placed somewhere that we could check in on him more often than just the play areas. Otherwise, love the ownership!
