What is not to like about Pet Resort? Pet Resort Dallas is amazing! Our two dogs, Peter and Twist, absolutely love visiting and boarding there. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are awesome, and it is clean. Our dogs have the best time every time they visit. We will never go anyplace else to board our dogs.
I liked that I was able to view my fur baby while I was away. I was able to observe his body language myself, and that gave me peace to know that he was ok.I also loved that I was sent pictures of him. Whlie on the playground, he stayed very close to the staf and they were so willing to give him lots of rubbings. He was very well taken care of. Not like he would be at home, but it came pretty close.

You know Finley (and now Piper) as well as we do! You all take care of them better than we could ask and we feel comfortable leaving them in your care 2-3 times a week.

I like the 24 hr pickup. its nice to be able to fly in and pick up the kids no matter what time it is. The staff is very nice. Dogs seem to enjoy it.

Closeness to my house
Our dog Faith seemed happy when we picked her up. I liked the flexibility your offer. Faith eats a raw meat and veggie diet for health reasons and you were able to feed what I provided with no trouble at all. Also we wanted her on private play time just because we weren't sure how she would handle being with other dogs since she isn't used to them. It looks like this went well. Next time we may consider having her play with the others. The biggest plus was the convenient location next to the airport and ability to pick up and drop off right before our flight. We didn't use the grooming services.
We are a huge fan of the flexibility for drop offs and pick ups. I also love that I know my girls are loved while there ( shout out to Scott for goi g the extra mile here). Customer service is top notch- always. Btw- super cool that voicemails are always returned and returned very timely.
