Our two dogs were picked up after 4-5 days stay and they were clean and well adjusted. They showed NO signs of stress which is a compliment to the staff at All American Pet Resorts.

It's clean. Can view playtime on webcam, as well as see staff working hard looking after the dogs. Staff spends time getting to know the dog and socializing with them. Prompt to answer my emails.
Daisey was well cared for; the week she spent at Pet Resort was the best decision we made for her. She got along with the staff, but that was not surprise. She is more a person dog than playing with other dogs, but she will play with other dogs if she likes them.
Grooming was a plus and we were grateful Pet Resorts offered the service.

Excellent services and grooming I would recommend you to friends and family. You took a puppy, which is difficult and took great care of him. He was still pretty potty trained when he came back and was actually a much better dog at home.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. They seem like genuine pet lovers interested in the well-being of our dogs. The website makes it very easy to make reservations after hours. Initially, i ised the webcam quite a bit to see how Pumpkin was adjusting to the new environment, but she is always so happy to be there i dont even worry about it now.
The fact that Murphy does back flips all the way through the door, whether it's for day care a long weeks stay, and leaves there just as happy, that pretty much tells us all we need to know!

Have only used boarding - but love the multiple play times a day - the cameras to view the play times - and the 'little rooms' the dogs are in. Also like the attention paid to the dogs while there. We've received a handful of phone calls over time alerting us to anything that might be out of the ordinary for our dogs. It's never been anything serious but shows the attention paid to the dogs. Also, all 3 of our dogs seem anxious to go back with the other dogs when we drop them off. Makes leaving them for a few days less worrisome.

How often the dogs are taken out throughout the day. The overall quality is very reassuring and feels like your dog is being left at a true "resort" versus at a kennel. It's really a vacation for your furry family member. :)
