Feel safe leaving my dog.
I like that my dog gets excited as soon as we turn down the street when he realizes where we are going. I know he is well taken care of and has a great time. It makes me feel less guilty aboit boarding him.
Its an over all great place and is very nice to know our fur baby is being taken very good care of. The webcam feature is awesome being in Mexico but still able to see our boy play and have a puppy doodle time! Thanks a bunch To the entire staff for such a great experience!
You can drop off and pick up even after hours. It is so close to our home and easy to use.

We board our dogs and have had them groomed at Lakeshore. Our dogs love it there.
We love the fact our pet pulls us into the Resort as soon as we step out of the car, it's a dead sign he loves it there! If he's happy, we're happy!
From all appearances, the facility is clean and the pets (I've only seen dogs) appropriately monitored and cared for.
I liked seeing my pups in group play on the webcam, I wouldn't have believed they would get along so well if I hadn't seen it for myself. I totally relaxed after seeing that they were in caring hands. Probably the biggest selling point for me was the numerous potty breaks. Other "kennels" I've used left my pups in their run all day without even letting them out to do their business. AAPR Canton was recommended to me and I have recommended AAPR Canton to numerous family and friends!

I love that I know that our dog is being well taken care of. When we go away on a trip or even if its just for the day, I know that Milo is in good hands. I know that he is getting lots of love and lots of play time. I know that he is in a safe and secure environment and is being taken care of by people who truly love what they do.
THE FACT THAT SOMEONE IS THERE 24/7 IS MY MAIN PRIORITY. BUT THE SIZE OF THE KENNEL IS GREAT AND THE FACT THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO WATCH THE BABIES ONLINE HELPS ME FEEL BETTER WATCHING THEIR ACTIONS.

We have been happy overall. We enjoy watching the playtimes when we can and the ability to check up on our dog to see how he's doing. However, the last time we used your pet resort, we had requested a bath for our dog the day we were to pick him up. We were told at pick-up that he had had a bath that morning (and I assume we were charged for a bath.) Once we got our dog home, it was clear he had NOT received a bath...or if so, it was done poorly, no shampoo for sure. He was dirty - dandruff on his coat, his whites were gray, didn't smell any better, etc. So while we've been happy with the boarding and daycare, we probably won't use your grooming services again.

24 Hour staffing. Friendly staff. My dog is always excited to go, and appears happy and healthy upon pickup. Love that I can have him groomed during his stay.
