I was very skeptical of using this website to order a suit for my son to wear in my daughter’s wedding. However, this was the only place that had the color we needed. We went for it! Well, I was shocked at the quality when the suit arrived. It was leaps and bounds above the suits we rented for the rest of the wedding party from a retail store. We submitted measurements for my son on the website when placing the order. It came like it was tailor made for him!!! The process to order, pay, receive, and return the suit couldn’t have been easier! I will recommend Stitch & Tie!!!!!

The suit came in on-time and fitted great. Stretch waistband was a nice touch. Looked extra sharp for the wedding party. Advice to customers here: Bring an extra set of shoes, the ones we were provided wore like Dutch clogs and are slippery on all surfaces

I really appreciated the excellent service from the staff. When I went to pick up my suit, a young woman went above and beyond to assist me with my pants. She promptly noticed that the original size wasn’t quite right and ordered a larger size without hesitation. Her attentiveness made the whole experience seamless, and I felt truly valued throughout the process. I left feeling confident in my suit and thankful for such personalized assistance.

A really good friend of mine asked me to be his groomsman, and he used Stitch and Tie for the pants. The first pair of pants that arrived they fit perfect, but I thought I’d go up another size just to be safe. The representative sent me the size up and told me just to hold onto both pairs until after the wedding to make sure I was comfortable with the fits. I ended up going with the original order for the wedding. Customer service was outstanding, and the pants fit great and were comfortable throughout the night. Sent them out a day after the wedding and the next day I got an email saying they received them. The service is speedy and wonderful.
