It showing up at the door and the return were easy. I think the time windows given to request alterations and to return the package are very small especially for those that may be travelling far for the wedding.

Mainly from the tremendous service my wife and I received, but also having consistent experiences from one location to another. Similar to the Starbucks care experience model they have in all stores.
