Quick to reply and quick to help solve a problem. Had a suit that didn't fit on the day of an event and I called the South Coast Plaza store who referred me to their warehouse in Anaheim. Once we got to the warehouse a new suit was already waiting for us so we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Made it to the event with 15 minutes to spare!
ok so the first visit was great the gentleman that helped us was awesome and very helpful
then at pick up the colors didn't line up as promised like way off difference between baby and midnight blue, not lined up then the sale vs the rental so not happy to spend another 30 dollars and when we got it the tie was damaged coming out of the package so I left it all to my 16 year old and you guys knocked it out of the park, returned the tux, got a credit for the tie and yes we will be back, thank you

As a photographer by trade. I honestly wasn’t impressed by your advertising and general imagery. I feel it could do with a serious make over. Not that it took away anything from the experience once I was in the process of renting my tux. But it could potentially have kept me from entering the store.

Your location in Woodland Hills is very convenient, and the staff was both friendly and attentive. The tuxedo we rented for my son's prom was in excellent condition, and fit well without any alterations needed; availability of the tux nearly a week in advance of the event made for ease of mind.
