Your customer service was fantastic. I went into a Friartuck store and was fitted, and the suit was shipped to me as I lived in another city when it arrived the fit wasn’t correct so we called the customer service line and got a very helpful associate who made the adjustments to the shirt and pants that were needed for a perfect fit, and it was shipped quickly. Then, after the event, we simply returned everything with your pre-pre-labeled bags whole experience is very good and would recommend to anyone

As a Larger individual, It was not available to rent me a suit. I understand that logistically it is not feasible to keep loads of larger attire around. But they did accommodate me with a tailored suit to match the rest of the wedding party, that I could purchase. I already had a black dress outfit, a grey suit in my collection, but now I can add a blue suit to my wardrobe. And that is better than a one day use.
Arthur helped me a lot and understood exactly what I was looking for when getting the right size for my jacket and pants.
