I had no jobs done by this organization so I can't comment.
Feel I was given excellent service and interest in the service requested.
Bruce provided some good advice when vetting a contractor and critiquing their work. I feel like the Beltway Builders would be honest and not over-price projects.
The sales rep was not through in explaining what would be done.
He failed to even send me an estimate to my email address as I requested.
His behavior was aloof and gave the appearance of not being interested in the jobs.
Dallas visited my home to get information for an estimate for a water heater and HVAC system and I still have not received my estimate.
I appreciate the time Patricia took to evaluate my kitchen renovation needs. I'll be considering multiple offers, and will seriously look at the pros and cons of each.

Was provided friendly service and updates throughout the progression of the project. The employees were very dedicated to their work and took care to ensure leaves and grass did not leave imprints in the newly poured concrete as they had to deal with light winds.

The employees know their products and have a great group of products to offer.
How about the fact that they made an appointment with us and never, called or contacted us in any manner, to change or cancel the appointment. This is the second time that we have wasted our time
n/a waiting on an estimate to be given to me at this time for a home addition.

Prices very high -unreasonable-couldn’t price individual projects
During the estimate, Brian was able to explain the project with terms and analogies that I understood and could visualize. I didn't think it matter, however it was important to him that I understood what I was getting done. I had other estimates planned but decided to cancel them. It's most important to get the job done properly. The coolest part was that he never tried to "sales pitch" me. His experience convinced me before I heard a price.
Project manager was knowledgeable, professional and personal. Also, helpful. We felt comfortable working with her and she understood our vision.
Looking forward to timely and quality work.
Expensive
Nothing at this time, I still in the exploration stage and won’t be looking to take on any new projects until some time in the next year.

Never showed up to give estimate didn’t receive a call to reschedule
When I first initially inquired service, an appointment was setup for someone to come to my house for a quote but never showed up or call. Your company made several attempts to reach back out to me after the no-show appointment, i finally agreed. Your rep came out and gave us a quote. Your company followed up several times, and I expressed to her that it was more than what I wanted to spend. She then asked me if I wanted a chief estimator to come back out to see if anything could be done. I agreed, and set up another appointment for nov 1 830-10. No one showed up between that time and at 1030, the same person that originally came out, called me. I told her what I wanted to spend, and she was going to talk to her manager to see what they could do. I’ve yet to receive a phone call or an update from the last conversation. Not the experience anyone want to have.
Prompt arrival very knowledgeble. I encountered the company a few years ago and they remembered me.
Missed the appointment scheduled. I waited on Friday and never heard back from anyone until Saturday? Not acceptable. Thanks.
