Quality of product and service, and price.
Yes, the door that was installed was shipped from the factory with some deep scratches and the wrong lock. The installers couldn't finish the job on Saturday due to your company providing the wrong size lock for my new door. Instead of completing my job on Saturday February 10th, I am left waiting for a time when your team can come out on Monday and install the correct lock, push bar, and use gray caulk to caulk around the new door on the inside between the door and frame. I was told this was all going to happen on Monday and it is now 12:34 PM and I still have no confirmation for when this job will be completed. I am also very unhappy with paying for an expensive door that has scratches and plus I received a quote that said if the job was not done according to my timeline, I would be refunded my initial deposit. This job is way outside of my timeline and I had to reschedule my Use and Occupancy inspection due to the delays.

Price was way too high for work to be done and I was told I would need a co signer even though my credit rating is good.
Price is high. $1700 for window and install for each is out of my price range.

Confidence in both the purchased product and the installation. In a perfect world, Woodland would also offer door and window repair for the products sold.

Price really... not a whole lot else. We liked the product as well as having in house installation services. Warranty seemed to be pretty good - it's just a really large price tag.
Knowledgeable salesman and brand selection
Woodland is unable to provide me with the split quote for front entry door and basement sliding door when requested. Woodland is unable to give me a breakdown on the cost of product, labor, and tax for the total quote. Without having the breakdown, I am unable to understand what are my main cost driving factors and how I can change products or components to make it within my budget.
Not much for right now I'm currently dealing with other needed projects which is taking priority.

Consultation was fine, we just chose another company. To be honest the cost was so dramatically higher with Beltway Builders, I knew we weren't using them before he even left our table. Estimate was blasphemous.
