Better than a normal barber shop.

It was the most relaxing, comfortable haircut experience I have ever had. The hot towel, shampoo and massage made my day.

Chelsea was very nice and told me about all the services offered, which I didn't understand after reading the board in the entrance ( about the extra charge for the extra minutes of message etc.) I did see the signs all around the property that said 'no waiting' and had to laugh when leaving that I did have to wait about 30 minutes. Also, by law, the two doors in front have to be unlocked, not just one. I used the door the said 'pull' and it was locked and was about to go home, but tried the left side and it was unlocked. Very bad business practice that at least a sign saying 'use this door-(with an arrow) wasn't put up- WHICH I DID FOR YOU- because I wasn't the only one who pulled the 'pull'side.

I enjoyed the extra details like the hot towel and massage chair. The staff were very nice and Kikey gave me a great haircut.
The service that was provided was excellent! The product used in my hair was a brand that I have also used at Supercuts. The service was prompt as there was no wait and I was glad to have stopped in to try the product and services. Thank You!

I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I've been going to the same "old fashoned" barber for most of my life. I'm 45 years old and I never knew that a service like this was available. Now I know what my wife feels like when she leaves the salon. I don't know how to tell my current Barber that "I'm Out of here" but I'll find a way. I really feel like I've been served to the fullest. I love my new look and so does my wife. I don't think I'll be walking straight for the next month:) You guys ROCK and I think after all this time, I've found a new Barber.
Dawnielle really knows the meaning of customer service... Where has she been all my life? I am as loyal as a golden retriever and I'm pleased to have Dawnielle for my new Barber. I was so impressed with the service, that I brought my son back the same day for a cut. I can't speak for him but as his Dad, can I just say "THANK YOU!!!" I pray that my son will make Dawnielle His new Barber also, He looks almost as good as I do.
For what it's worth, I'm the President of Ebony and Ivory Enterprises and my looks are the first thing that my potential customers see. I'm only as good as my first impression and Dawnielle has made sure that I look like I'm worth the Money I represent and I thank her for it.
I learned about Sport Clips with a "Ticket" for a free cut that Dawnielle gave me. What a cool concept! When I walked in to your new location, I felt the sports theme right away! The "bleachers" in the waiting area and the "tailgate" to hold the magazines was a great idea and The Flat Screens all over was a real bonus. I want to use it in my "MAN CAVE".
I look forward to a long relationship with Dawnielle and Sport Clips and will encourage those in my network and other associations to use your services as well.
