Your stylist is very rude and sassy. Saying things like if you don't want to be cut stay still. When getting a haircut I don't want attitude, if you don't want us to watch the TV don't put it on. I tried to be patient but the price for the service and the quality was not on point. It was a $8 hair cut with attitude that I paid $20 for. Not happy. I have been wanting a sports clips in my area I am very disappointed since I have been going to sport clips for more than 3 years.
Get your new HB LOCATION UNDER CONTROL the feedback from people I talk to is not good I suggest you make changes.
It wasn't disappointment, I got a good haircut, and I liked the experience. It just seems expensive for a men's haircut.

Perhaps the communication with the client and making sure they spell your name correct. Email had my name spelled incorrectly and I was not able to communicate with the stylist very well. I let her know I didn't need the shampoo part of the first time visitor package, but I would have like to have tried the rest, massage, etc. but never got the opportunity.

Our barber cut his hair incorrect. We asked for a 2 on the sides and 4 ontop. She gave my son a straight 2 all over. In addition we used a gift certificate that intitled us to thee MVP treatment and she only cut his hair. Being that he is 14 he actually was
