Ruby was great in figuring out exactly what my cut was on my first visit.
Service was good. However recommend more training on beard shaving and trimming techniques. If your going to offer beard cuts the chair's should fully recline for a more comfortable cut.

i cam in for my free MVP service. which was nice. but upon getting home i noticed that my hair cut was not up to par. i had weird lines on the back of my head. it looked like steps. my sideburns were not touched so they were all shaggy. other than that everything was fine. the was was very friendly as well.
The shop was very clean. The girls were polite and willing to assist the next guest quickly.

It's very personal and the staff always makes me feel important. They do not push upsell, only suggest. I leave feeling relaxed and satisfied with the experience and a great haircut.

I only received a free hair cut no products were used. She used a spray bottle to wet my hair prior to the cut.

The store is really well laid out, very clean with excellent access to televisions. The service I received from Lisa was exceptional. She has cut my hair twice and I have received compliments on my cut both times. Lisa asks what I want for my cut, makes good suggestions, and is very friendly and professional.
I like the full service treatment combined with the TV's all over the place. SportClips has become my monthly treat: I normally hit on a Friday after work, get my MVP and clear my head, just in time for the weekend.
Reasonably priced for the services provided, very good service.
For the prices you are charging I expect far better service. The stylist made me feel uncomfortable during my time with her and I felt rushed out the door. I felt like she was trying to rush through my MVP to get to the next customer who she apparently knew. There was nothing relaxing about the experience.
