Good haircut with a friendly staff. I also like that they know how it was cut previously and I don't have to explain it every time.
My 13 yr old son really enjoyed the hot towel and massage after his haircut.
1st visit: no service; one customer already waiting and no cutters cutting; no one even bothered to greet me for at least five minutes. Then, after significant additional wait time, I left without a haircut.
2nd visit: I had a coupon and was looking for a new shop near my house so I tried again. Again, I endured considerable wait time for one of only two cutters. I finally did get what I considered a barely passable cut from a seemingly inexperienced cutter. I don't think I will bother with a 3rd visit.

Very welcoming, quick, and efficient.
The hair cutter used only one hand, who knows why. Seemed very bored. Used clippers just shoving them back and forth like on a shaggy dog. Never used scissors. I would tell her what I wanted done to my hair and she would never respond. I'm not exagerating, and do not like to say anything like this. I'm totally dumbfounded. An unbelieveabely poor experience. After all that I still gave her a $5.00 pity tip.
