Great atmosphere friendly staff and precise haircut every time no matter who cuts my hair always a great experience.
I like the MVP service and how its something simple that I can spoil myself with once a month, and with the 6-pack/season pass that I bought, it's not much more expensiver per hair cut than I would be spending somewhere like Super Cuts.
This location can provide a online or phone app reservation. It is hard to wait for a long time to get service by walk-ins. Provide more member discounts or specials in the US mailer.

Not this last visit but past visits the staff seem to gossip about other staff and the assist manager is much nicer than the actual manager the actual manager was one the staff that were gossiping.
