I was incredibly impressed with how the stains were removed, the products used are safe for our daughter and dogs. The man who came to our house was courteous, friendly, informative and overall amazing. I had a great feeling about this company from the initial call all the way until the van pulled away. The ease of making an appointment, the timeliness, and the communication are all above and beyond. My family is incredibly impressed with the service and for a reasonable cost. We already have recommended them to our friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future!
They did a great job he was in and out very quickly carpet looked refreshed after he left and it was dry. I do wish the drying time was a little bit faster, but I’m not really sure that would be possible. I would definitely use the service again.
I was very impressed by Joshua, who did all the cleaning. He was very professional and did a great job, even when he did a few more things that I requested when he came. He did them very graciously and of course, I told him to add all items to my bill. I will use ZEROREZ in the future.

I didn't like that he wasn't able to clean the throw pillows or go over the ottoman without an additional charge. Over 300 for the couch was steep enough...I felt like that was ridiculous to add on fee , that should be included.

I love how flexible they were with me. I was moving house, my movers didn't show up on time so everything got delayed and all the guys were so understanding and willing to work with me. Jackson was on time, first wished exactly when he said he would and the carpets looked brand new!!
