The technicians are always kind and respectful of the homeowner as well as the space. They always call when they are en route.

Our old carpet looks much better - not all stains removed, but that was expected. It will eventually be replaced anyway. Our experience was great because of Jackson. He was so polite, professional, and hardworking. Would definitely use zerorez again if he can be our tech!

Technician did a fantastic job!

Carpets needed thorough cleaning. Zerorez technician, along with alkaline water and strong vacuum suction removed deep down dirt. In carpet with spots or high traffic patterns, the addition of removers and cleaners did the job. Sofa cleaning made them look new. Very pleased with results, technicians politeness and professionalism. This is not the first time we've used Zerorez and it won't be the last. Nice job !!!
