Elton was wonderful. He called about 30 minutes before he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. He came in and got right to work. He was upfront and honest that he wasn't sure if he could help us - the stains were bad. But, he persevered and did a fantastic job! He was pleasant, professional and took pride in his work. I will definitely request him the next time I need Zerorez.

The tarp covering on the front door is a nice touch in insulating the home while cleaning.
Also, the Tech left the home spotless after leaving.

Scheduling was easy and wasn't too far from the date I called. The technicians are always polite, friendly, respectful and willing to help and be transparent about pricing. I like that no harsh chemicals are used.

I liked how quickly my carpets and upholstery dried. I also liked the lack of fragrance and perfumes.

I highly recommend zerorez. The cleaning products are natural, and they actual work at removing set in stains! Art was prompt, professional, and he did a great job! You are able to text with zerorez to confirm your appointment so you’re not left in the dark wondering when they are coming.

Very efficient from setting up appointment to showing up during the 3 hour window with a courtesy call when 20 mins out. 3 bedrooms. A hallway and staircase and done in under an hour. The next day the carpets looked brand new!
