First, I love the way that the carpet looks, smells and feels after ZeroRez cleans them. My carpet technician showed up a bit earlier than the appointment but called to see if that was ok. it fit my schedule perfectly..
Jaquavion, my tech, came in and did an amazing job, quickly and efficiently. He made sure that I inspected all of it before he packed up to make sure i was completely satisfied with the service.
I have recommended ZeroRez before and will use them again. I would also highly recommend Jaquavion. He was knowledgeable, on top of things I didn't see and recommended actions to improve.

I’ve used Zerorez several times and have been very pleased. I have allergies and find the cleaning to be incredibly helpful to managing my symptoms, but the cleaners they use are all natural and don’t bother me in any way.
I’ve also found all of the staff and technicians to be helpful, professional and cheerful! I recently worked with Alton who was very attentive to what my ultimate goal was and the best method.
I’d highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Tech was punctual and professional. The carpets are clean without any sticky soap residue. Stains that I didn't think would come out, did. Awesome job.
