Technicians are courteous, careful, informative, and thorough. Products used seem to be of high quality and leave no residue.

The product worked good and the service was excellent.

Carpets are cleaned without the use of detergents or harsh chemicals. Coffee spills came out and other stains, like new. We are very pleased!

Price was fair, service leading up to the appt was good. The appt took place after I vacated the home, so I have no feedback re: work done, but it has always been good in the past, hence why we chose you for this job.
