Listen up Zerorez...I have been using your company for a few years now and for many reasons. I have used a few different companies but again and again Zerorez has made me happy. Perhaps other companies can come to my home and clean my carpets, but Zerorez has the market cornered in OUTSTANDING cleaning technicians. I do not know who is doing your hiring but they need a raise! Customer service skills seem to be a thing of the past these days, but not with Zerorez. Your techs are the kindest! They are courteous, knowledgeable and do a great job cleaning my carpets! This time "Elton" came and he was a gem!
