The service was great my technician was very nice and personable. I got a sectional cleaned and while it was noticeably cleaner I could still smell the faint scent of dog, which I hoped would be gone. I would say for the price of the service I expected it to be completely odor free. However, my carpets looked great and the service was prompt.

The tech did a wonderful job. We had a small dark stain that 2 other cleaning co. have never gotten out. He has made that spot look like new. Very polite and courteous and really worked hard to please us. We will use them again in the future.

Professional and courteous service. Technician explained every step of the process and worked to get stains out. We had some deep pet stains that were stubborn, tech used products that neutralized the odor and removed those stains. The service comes with a warranty that is unlike any other, including re-treatment of areas if needed at no cost to us.
