The employee who came to my house was awesome. I was selling my house and had planned on spending money on extra services. However, explained to me what services were actually needed. Ended up saving money that I didn’t think I was going to be able too. And the services removed all of the pet dander smell out of the carpet. No one even noticed that we once had dogs in the room that was completed

We did the 3 room special, and now our carpets look almost brand new. It was definitely worth the money, and actually turned out better than I expected. Justin R, who came to our house, was extremely professional and made the whole process so simple. He was in and out in an hour but did a thorough job. I would absolutely use Zerorez again.

I recieved awsome customer service from calling to make my appointment to the service technician Jacob calling to say he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I could not have asked for better professional service.
Some of the stains on the carpet weren't able to be completely removed due to the state of the carpet but Jacob took the time to explain why and I feel the carpet is 100% better than it was.
