Jason was very prompt and professional. My husband and I are very pleased with the results after Jason finished cleaning carpet in our den, hall and 2 bedrooms. No matter the source (dog vomit, red Koolaid, ground-in grime), every stain in the carpet was removed. With no residue, I know they'll "stay gone." I added upholstery cleaning, based on the reasonable cost and the spot-clean demonstration on our sofa, and on cloth dining room chair seats (all 6 years old; never deep cleaned). There was no problem adding a walk-in closet and small but badly soiled hallway.
