I had my carpet cleaned on Saturday - Adam was professional and friendly and really did a good job. Our carpet practically looks new again!

Your services left very little residue at all, and what was left evaporated very quickly, therefore it should not cause any issues down the road with the pad under the carpet. We had the entire home down, even tile floors and 3 area rugs. What a difference, particulary since we have not had them done in 10 years ( since we bought the home) I wish I could have seen the dust and dirt that came up.

One thing you need to be truly proud of is the young man Adam whom did the work. In this day and age it is extremley difficult to find anyone who is so clean cut, and can interface with a customer without fear of causing a problem for the company he works for.

His work ethic seems explemiary and I certainly hope that you will share this note with him. If all of your staffing is anything like Adam, you have a customer for LIFE with my wife and myself. I only wish I has asked to have our 4 dinner room chairs done while he was here. Oh well next time.
