Technician showed up on time, was courteous and professional. Took time to point out the difference his process makes when cleaning. I originally contacted Zerorez to clean carpets but was so impressed I had them do the tile flooring in my bathrooms.
I loved so many things about my experience with Zerorez. First of all, it was so easy to set up the appointment, and our clean tech (I have no idea what they call themselves...) was well within the 2 hour window provided. He was respectful, efficient and personable, and someone I felt safe having in my home. Then there was the cleaning - so thorough and effective. I even had fingernail polish on the carpet, and it's gone now! That was such a delightful surprise. Our tech, Justin, even taught me what to do in the future if this (heaven forbid) ever happens again. (Dab plain water on the polish and keep dabbing and drying, adding more water until no more comes up.) I so appreciated the education, rather than expecting me to rely on their service every time. Not everyone would do that. Dry time was really quite fast, and there was no filmy feeling on my feet after walking on it. And lastly, I LOVE that it's all water-based cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned with shampoo before, and they were quickly dirty again - even dirtier than before. I don't like any product or service that builds dependence on it. This is my new carpet cleaning company - I will use them again and again, but not as soon as I would have to with the other guys. Great job, Zerorez. I wish you guys great success - companies with integrity like that deserve it!

I think you have a very fine product,and your services are realy great. I had a couple of
small spots that you did come back and take care of. I think this could have been taking
care of on the first visit, other wise it was great.

The service by technician Justin Brandt was very good and informative. The product seemed to clean very well. Mr. Brandt answered all our questions and was very thorough in cleaning our carpet as requested. The carpet was not soaked when completed, as was with a prior cleaning company. The carpet was dry within 3-4 hours in most areas.

Service was on-time. Workers were friendly, courteous, and business-like. Made sure I was happy with the results.
No matter the source (dog vomit, red Koolaid, ground-in grime), every stain in the carpet was removed. With no residue, I know they'll "stay gone." I added upholstery cleaning, based on the reasonable cost and the spot-clean demonstration on our sofa, and on cloth dining room chair seats (all 6 years old; never deep cleaned). There was no problem adding a walk-in closet and small but badly soiled hallway.

Justin was a "winner"...he told me about him moving his family down to the Charlotte area from Raleigh. He answered all questions I asked of him about the ZeroRez process...The next time I call for our carpet to be cleaned...I will ask for Justin to do the cleaning.
