The results! Our service technician, Justin, did an outstanding job. The whole operation was professional and all aspects of the work exceeded our expectations. The carpets look fantastic but the grout cleaning of our kitchen floor was especially stunning. After 9 years, we had given up on the possibility of it ever looking like new again.
